Charter House is a three story office building in the Greenfield Industrial Park. The structure consists of a steel moment frame with concrete floors and glass curtain walls. The project features a three-level cast-in-place concrete water feature cascading through the parking lot.
Crooked Oak
Crooked Oak office building is a three-story steel framed building with a basement parking level accessible by a ramp from the parking lot. Lateral loads are resolved using a moment frame, and the roof framing included light-gage steel trusses.
